Returns & Warranty
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We proudly offer a 30-days Return Policy, since the day the item was received.
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and within the email include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method shortly after. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your end.
- All of our earrings are final sale due to hygienic and safety purposes
All other products, returns must be:
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original conditions with tags still attached (if any)
- In its original packaging (box and pouch included)

The warranty covers all jewelry from fading, rusting, or tarnish. If at any point you would like to make a claim please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Warranty' and within the email include your order number, name, and the reason for the claim with a photo attached.
